Originally commissioned for October's Awareness of Violence Against Women at the University of North Dakota, this play tells the story of how one woman came to be a survivor of domestic abuse. Some of the characters she speaks to are her mother, best friend, and priest.

| Explores the relationship between a black woman and a white woman in a nursing home. Their racism is at first a hindrance to their friendship, but over time they realize they have more in common as women than they ever imagined. |
